The MAX Challenge is designed to make fast and lasting

How do we do that? One approach is our Interval Training
workouts designed to turn up the heat and torch some serious fat and calories.
Interval Training is any workout that varies intensity like from higher to
lower then back to higher and alternating for the duration of the workout.
Here at The MAX our fitness classes are 45-minutes long and
designed to accommodate all fitness and ability levels. Our trained MAX
instructors specialize in leading high-energy, fun, and enjoyable classes.
During your workout each exercise is broken out into 3 different fitness levels
so that everyone in the class feels comfortable and able to participate at
their own level. Interval Training at THE MAX combines both cardio and strength
training to increase your metabolism and help your body burn calories while you
build muscle!
At The MAX we realize that your fitness goal involves body
fat loss and increasing lean muscle mass so we designed our program that
involves your entire body and your large muscle groups resulting in an increased
metabolism to burn more stored fat. Our MAX Trainers use your body weight and
incorporate free weights and weighted medicine balls for maximum results,
alternating strength training movements and calisthenic style cardio exercises
then back to another set with the weights.
During your 45-minute fitness class you will complete an
entire full-body multi-joint workout with the added bonus of keeping your
metabolism elevated for several hours after
your workout ends - yes, you will continue to burn calories and fat hours after you finish your workout! As you
continue to attend classes your fitness level and stamina will improve and you
will see positive improvement in your appearance and attitude as well.
